This photo was taken when I first came to live with Legs1 and Legs2. At that time, I sported a Harry Potter scar on my forehead. It must have been a protection charm that is no longer needed now that I have been safely adopted, as it has slowly faded away.

Shiny Dog, Shiny Dreams

You may be looking at my WordPress theme and wondering, “Why motorcycles?”

Motorcycles are an obvious choice when you are like me: sleek and black, with elegant lines and a powerful engine.

But there is another reason. My new humans, Legs1 and Legs2, have a high regard for the TV show Sons of Anarchy. Jackson Teller is the main character, and because there is such a strong resemblance between Charlie Hunnam (the actor who portrays Jackson Teller) and me, I was given the name Jax. I’ve seen a few episodes and I approve. Like me, Jackson Teller is tough on the outside but a devoted pack animal on the inside, and he is almost as good-looking as I am.
